Dog Obedience Training

It is best to start dog obedience training after you and your dog have had a chance to bond. Obedience training doesn't solve all behavior problems, but it is the foundation for solving just about any problem.

Training your dog to obeying your commands opens up a line of communication between you and your dog. Consistently communicate with your dog what you want it to do and reward it when he listens to you.

Obedience Training usually refers to the training of a dog and the term is most commonly used in that context. On a basic level, obedience training deals with teaching the dog to reliably respond to basic commands such as 'SIT' (don't jump on people), 'DOWN' (put that thing down), 'COME' (follow me or come here), and 'STAY' (don't run off like that).

A dog that has received proper obedience training should be able to respond and comply with every command given by his owner. To learn more about Dog Obedience Training, you can Subscribe to our Free Course on Dog Training
