About Simba And Maziso, The Rhodesian Ridgeback

Simba And Maziso, a Purebred Rhodesian Ridgeback was adopted by Christine from United States.
Here's how Christine describes Simba And Maziso :
Strong, loyal, protective, very intelligent, independent-minded
Does Simba and maziso 's behavior show the inherent Rhodesian Ridgeback characteristics?
Yes both our dogs are great runners, excellent watchdogs, very attached to my husband and me, but aloof to strangers.
Special Achievement of Simba And Maziso :
Both our dogs were born and bred in zimbabwe, the home of rhodesian ridgebacks. we adopted them when they were eight weeks old and raised them in zimbabwe until the age of five years, when we took them with us to the us. initially, they had some difficulty adjusting to the different environment and climate, but now they feel completely at home. our family being great music lovers, our dogs enjoy music as well, especially mozart, and simba loves to sing along when my husband plays the saxohone.
Christine's advice on what type of family should adopt a Rhodesian Ridgeback:
Physically fit people willing to dedicate lots of time and commitment. a big backyard is recommended, as rhodesian ridgebacks need lots of exercise and stimulation, otherwise they get bored. they need a firm, but loving hand.
