About Abbey, The Pembroke Welsh Corgi

Abbey, a Purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi was adopted by Janet Compean from United States.
Here's how Janet Compean describes Abbey :
Very food obsessed also a female she is very stubbern.
Does Abbey 's behavior show the inherent Pembroke Welsh Corgi characteristics?
Yes
Special Achievement of Abbey :
Shes quite the clown, and loves everyone she comes in contact with. as a 10 month puppy she is great with kids already.
Janet Compean's advice on what type of family should adopt a Pembroke Welsh Corgi:
People who want a companion and can be home with their friend. this is not a dog to have and leave alone in a yard. they love their family and expect to be with them.

About Roxie, The Pembroke Welsh Corgi

Roxie, a Purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi was taken in by Dianne Baier from United States.
Here's how Dianne Baier describes Roxie :
Active, extremely intelligent, loving, but willfull and stubborn
Does Roxie 's behavior show the inherent Pembroke Welsh Corgi characteristics?
Welsh corgis were bred to be herding dogs so they tend to be very active dogs. since we don't have a farm, she "herds" her big plastic ball all around the yard! she's actually quite good at playing soccer and she also bounces the ball off her nose. corgis are very intelligent and are also used as guide dogs at times due to their high trainability. roxie was taught quite a few tricks within minutes, mastered them easily but gets bored with repetition. she also has done things without having to be taught, like when she retrieves a ball, she throws it at you when she returns it; she also trained herself to go to the bathroom outside.
Special Achievement of Roxie :
Life with roxie is never boring! you never know what she's going to do next. she demands alot of attention from you but also thanks you for it constantly. she expects to be a part of every aspect of your life, but she's also very good about staying home by herself when we work. she's fun, loving, and entertaining.
Dianne Baier's advice on what type of family should adopt a Pembroke Welsh Corgi:
I would recommend this breed to people who have had some dog experience before. they can be a willfull and stubborn breed. also, a family that can provide daily exercise for an hour or so is important, and a big yard while not mandatory is a big help. you have to give these litlle dogs enough exercise/ remember, they are working dogs and need the activity. if you are not an active person, you will be if you get a corgi! they shed heavily once or twice a year but other than that, their grooming needs are minimal. they are small in stature but are pretty good watch dogs. they are funny and affectionate dogs.

About Foxey, The Pembroke Welsh Corgi

Foxey, a Purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi was taken in by Timothy Mcdonald from US Minor outlying Isl..
Here's how Timothy Mcdonald describes Foxey :
Fawn colored. no tail, beautiful markings. intelligence that will astound you. extreemly fast and agile. loyal as the day is long. i will have no other breed. just the type of corgi will be the decission i will have to make. i like the fawn but i like the tri color also.
Does Foxey 's behavior show the inherent Pembroke Welsh Corgi characteristics?
Lightening fast, extreemly inteligent. we have to spell a lot of words to keep he from barking when someone is on the phone. they dart back and forth and listen to commands both by voice and hand.
Special Achievement of Foxey :
You have to have a true passion for a corgi. they will be a very loyal dog as well as intelligent. i will own no other breed. they are good with kids and older people to. they love to cuddle and need to be walked daily at least once.
Timothy Mcdonald's advice on what type of family should adopt a Pembroke Welsh Corgi:
My opinion would be a family or some older lonly person because they are so effectionate. as i said i will own no other breed.
