About Meltari Chrystal, The Chow Chow

Meltari Chrystal, a Purebred Chow Chow was adopted by Carolyn Dewrance from South Africa.
Here's how Carolyn Dewrance describes Meltari Chrystal :
She is the gentelest little dog i have ever owned, never agressive to any one or any other dog. loves to sleep out side in cold weather, but inside in the hot summers. she is not a big chow, but a little bit of gold in our home.
Does Meltari chrystal 's behavior show the inherent Chow Chow characteristics?
Chows have wonderful attitudes, gentel, calm, non agressive, stubborn, and loving, and chrystal is all of this and many more
Special Achievement of Meltari Chrystal :
If ever considering buying a pure breed chow, please dont get it from a pet shop or puppy mill, there are lots of excellent breeders of wonderful chows out there, and they will make sure your puppy is in the best of health when you get it, always ask for the parents hd certificates, and also ask if any of the puppys parents, grandparents, have ever passed on from gastric torsion, this is also an inherited problem, not just caused by food, make sure your puppy is going to live a long and happy life.
Carolyn Dewrance's advice on what type of family should adopt a Chow Chow:
Familys with children, chows get on well with children if brought up in a home with them, single women would also benifit from owning a chow as they can be very protective toward their owner.
