If ever considering buying a pure breed chow, please dont get it from a pet shop or puppy mill, there are lots of excellent breeders of wonderful chows out there, and they will make sure your puppy is in the best of health when you get it, always ask for the parents hd certificates, and also ask if any of the puppys parents,grandparents, have ever passed on from gastric torsion, this is also an inherited problem, not just caused by food, make sure your puppy is going to live a long and happy life. |
