About Sassy, The Beagle

Sassy, a Purebred Beagle was rescued by Zima Griep from United States.
Here's how Zima Griep describes Sassy :
Fun,happy, hard working, and loyal to family.
Does Sassy 's behavior show the inherent Beagle characteristics?
Sassy is bright, and smart, she can smell trouble, and get in on it,too! she enjoys a being play with, and can be heard when needed.
Special Achievement of Sassy :
Sassy is my best friend, and 24/7 nurse. she has given me the freedom to relax about life , and know i have a friend to lean on. she can sense my depressive moods and can "spring", into action. her big brown eyes, talks to me, and her smooth coat, help clam me down. my beagle is full of engery, love and provides the safety net i need to enjoy, our friendship of family love.
Zima Griep's advice on what type of family should adopt a Beagle:
Any family with plenty of "go" power of school-age kids, will be glad a beagle is a good kid-sitter. a beagle hates to be dirty, and "clean" up all junk food left behind by your kids! must walk on a leash, at all times, so she knows where you are at all times! enjoys a quite times, just sitting by your side, and lazy afternoons and one person ownership is just fine, too. more love to give, to you only!

Special Achievement of Copper :
Needs lots of attention!! my dog is so special because she gets on top of the dog house which is close to our kitchen window. she puts her front paws on the window ledge and looks in the window to get your attention!!!

About Spottie, The Beagle

Spottie, a Purebred Beagle was taken in by Karen from United States.
Here's how Karen describes Spottie :
My doggie will run away if given the slightest opening in gate or garage door; will also dig completely through the wall between garage and kitchen. have had to replace it twice, and cover with plastic guards; evidently he has abandonment issues, as he only does this when i leave. also has dug through the bottom off all my gates and have had to have them covered with mesh. yet he is adorably loving and sweet, a true "party boy" who is good natured and loves to sleep right against me. he snores like crazy!
Does Spottie 's behavior show the inherent Beagle characteristics?
I understand beagles do just run and run and sniff and sniff when they get out. i also understand from reading up that a lot of them are food theives because, in both cases, of their "strong noses." also the good nature is breed-like.
Special Achievement of Spottie :
Didn't mean to have a 3rd dog in my house; getting too old and infirm and broke to care for them all, but what the heck....when one ends up in your care, that's it. i advertised in the paper, thinking someone would claim him, tried to find him a good home, but too many dogs are being abandoned now, so looks like he is mine now.
Karen's advice on what type of family should adopt a Beagle:
One with a household with adults or teens who are responsible enough not to let him out.....it is exhausting and takes hours to get him back home. but one which would give him lots of love and play, as he likes that. i suppose that goes for all doggies@
