Order online today. Here are answers to some of the commonly asked questions about our monthly delivery. 1. What does Monthly Delivery mean? We have marked some items for Monthly Delivery. You will need to enter quantities for the items you want as Monthly Delivery. When you order any 1 or more of these items, these will be automatically shipped to you every month. Once your
order is processed, we will send you an email with the necessary information. 2. How will the Monthly Deliveries be shipped? Our Monthly
Delivery items are delivered through UPS Ground Shipping. Regular UPS
Ground Shipping rates will be applied to all orders. Read more for Shipping
Rates. 3. When exactly, every month, will I get my monthly deliveries? Let
us say, you place your order on the 10th of a month. We will process and
ship your order within 2 business days. You should get the first delivery
within 7 – 9 business days from order date. This
cycle will be repeated every month. 4. What kinds of ingredients do your products contain? Our
dog treats are made with all-natural, human grade ingredients and are
hand-cut with care. As with many commercially produced dog treats, they
not only contain ingredients many of us can't even pronounce, but they
also contain unhealthy preservatives, by-products, artificial flavors
and colorings. If we can’t pronounce it, we don’t use it. 5. Can I change my order after 2 or 3 months? Yes,

We will do the rest and send you a confirmation email. 6. May I change the frequency from monthly to bi-monthly deliveries? Definitely.
When you order for the first time, your automatic shipments are set up
as a monthly delivery. However,if you wish to receive your treats every
other month, instead, simply Contact
US and ask us to switch your monthly order to bi-monthly. 7. I am going on vacation. May I skip a month? Yes,
you can skip a month too. However, you would have to Contact
US the month before the one you wish to skip so we can adjust your
delivery date. 8. I need to hold off a few months before I get another delivery, can I do that? Yes,
Contact US and
tell us the date you want your deliveries to start up again. 9. I placed another order online and now I am getting two orders every month. What should I do? Do
you need to get two different orders every month? If so, we will keep
sending them as usual. However, if it is OK to combine the two orders
into one, please Contact
US. Combining the two orders will save you money on shipping. 10. 3 months back, I have ordered on the 10th. I get a delivery around the 20th of every month? Can I pre-pone the delivery date of my order? You sure can. Simply contact us to with your desired delivery date and we’ll make the change to your upcoming orders. If need be,
we can post-pone your delivery date too. 11. How do I cancel my monthly deliveries? While we hate to see you leave, we understand that circumstances arise when you must cancel your deliveries.
