The Durabed Dog Beds are extremely strong; built
on a 16 gauge steel frame and luggage grade fabric this bed can hold up
to 300lbs. The steel frame design creates a solid, supportive foundation
on which the luggage-grade nylon cover and padded platform is mounted.
The platform design is recommended by veterinarians because it supports
the dog’s spine and keeps him off the hard floor, away from cold
air and drafts. It’s easy to clean around and under and stands 12
inch above the ground. Unlike the foam beds, this bed does not create
condensation on floors.
