About Sonja Cameron, The Australian Cattle Dog

Sonja Cameron, a Mixed Breed Australian Cattle Dog was adopted by Sonja Cameron from Canada.
Here's how Sonja Cameron describes Sonja Cameron :
Mira is " alpha" ,very moody, nippy, i can't trust her with my cats--she nearly killed one. so now i keep her/cats seperated.she has improved since i have started taking her to doggy day care. seems to enjoy this and gets along with dogs of her size.still very protective of food dish.and i have been bitten by her.
Does Sonja cameron 's behavior show the inherent Australian Cattle Dog characteristics?
I have heard australian cattle dogs can be nippy.she looks more like a kelpie. don't know much about chocolate labs.i have had a blue heeler in the pass but "mira" is nothing like that dog.i did have the the vet
Special Achievement of Sonja Cameron :
I'm frustrated ,at loss about who to go to for help in training this alpha dog. i have been taking her to doggy daycare/playing with her outside/going for many walks/and she goes to work with me most of the time.
Sonja Cameron's advice on what type of family should adopt a Australian Cattle Dog:
Someone who has alot of experience.

About Cassie, The Australian Cattle Dog

Cassie, a Mixed Breed Australian Cattle Dog was rescued by Lynette Pritchard from Australia.
Here's how Lynette Pritchard describes Cassie :
Crazy, nutcase of a dog, easily distracted but at the same loyal and fun to be around. adhd for dogs???
Does Cassie 's behavior show the inherent Australian Cattle Dog characteristics?
Not sure, we believe it may have something to do with the breeds but also her upbringing before i acquired her. no history prior to my ownership is known.
Special Achievement of Cassie :
A daily challenge, but a joy to be around as she is such a fun loving dog.
Lynette Pritchard's advice on what type of family should adopt a Australian Cattle Dog:
Activ family willing to put in the time to exercise and train.
